Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as skincare products, opened food packages, and custom orders cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
